Our Leaders


Peter Jolly, President

Mr. Jolly is an electrical engineer and spent the bulk of his career in New York City where he planned and oversaw the electrical design of many of New York's presitigous buildings. He also served as Chief Executive of multimillion dollar electrical design firms until his retirement in 2011. Mr. Jolly moved to Poinciana in 2011 and has been active in supporting the people of Poinciana as President of Village One and, until recently, President of the APV. He also sponsors the Poinciana Cricket Club and is active as a coach for that organization. 


Victor Destremps, Vice President

Mr. Destremps is veteran law enforcement officer and spent the bulk of his career serving as a special investigator for the Massachussetts Department of Revenue. He also owned his own detective agency for 6 years until his retirement in 2003. Mr. Destremps moved to Poinciana in 2004 and has been an active member in the local Moose Lodge. He also serves as a volunteer at Chestnut Elementary and Holy Redeemer Catholic School. In 2010, Mr. Destemps was elected to serve on the Village 5 Board of Directors and was later selected to serve as the President of Village 5. Until recently, Mr. Detremps also served as the Vice President of the APV.

Donna Simpson, Logistic Coordinator

Ms. Simpson is a retired certified real estate appraiser and spent the bulk of her career in Colorado. During her career Ms. Simpson had the opporuntity to work on both residential, commercial, industrial, and agricultural properties as well as some planning and zoning work. Ms. Simpson was born in Florida and returned upon her retirement in 2010. Ms. Simpson has called Poinciana her home since 2010 and has been active in several civic organizations.
